How to Activate eSIM on iPhone -- Step by Step
Activating an eSIM on your iPhone takes less than 5 minutes. Here is exactly how to do it.

Go to Settings > General > About. If you see IMEI2 or EID, your iPhone supports eSIM. Compatible models: iPhone XS/XR and newer, including all iPhone 11-16 models.
Step 2: Add eSIM
Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan > Use QR Code. Point your camera at the QR code we sent you. Your phone will download the eSIM profile.
Step 3: Activate
Label it "Bali Data" or similar. Enable Data Roaming for the eSIM line. Set it as the default data line. You are now connected.
